How can I contact FEZE?

Where do you ship from?
We ship all watches from Switzerland.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Returns are only accepted if all stickers are still in their original condition; anything else cannot be accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and ApplePay, Klarna, and TWINT payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for longer processing times for your order during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all our watches are shipped from Switzerland, you will receive your order in 2-3 days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 3 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Do I incur delivery costs?
No! At FEZE, you NEVER pay shipping costs.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or damaged. Please include your order number, photographs of the merchandise, and all related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
